These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by individual customers through our website for delivery within the United States
Website Use
These Terms govern your use of Contact Sports Limited’s website. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase. If you spot any errors or need assistance, contact our Customer Support team. Use of this site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Ordering & Payment
To shop on our website, you must be 18 years or older and have a valid payment method. If you’re under 18, purchases must be made with a parent/guardian’s approval or if you’re legally allowed to do so. How to Order: ● Browse and add your items to the cart. ● At checkout, input your name, address, contact info, and preferred payment method.
● Review and confirm your order by selecting “Confirm and Pay.” Note: Orders may be declined due to payment issues, incorrect info, or product availability. Payment Options: Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. We only accept listed options and will not charge your card until your items are shipped. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your purchase becomes binding once we email your shipping details. Right to Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:
● Out-of-stock items
● Invalid or unverifiable billing details
● Ineligible age for purchase
● Pricing errors
● Unshippable address
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are available on the Delivery page and during checkout. Orders are only shipped on business days. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, shipping may be delayed. We aim to ship orders in one package, but larger orders may arrive in multiple shipments. You’ll be notified accordingly. Currently, shipping is available only to U.S. addresses.
Right to Cancel & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This cancellation period starts from the day your package is delivered or collected. To cancel, contact us in writing within the 14-day window and return the item(s) within the following 14 days. Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., printed or embroidered items) and certain sealed goods (e.g., for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return. Returns: Return instructions are found on our Returns page. Each order must be returned separately using the correct return label. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We may reduce or deny refunds if:
● The product is used, damaged, or altered
● It smells (e.g., of smoke or perfume)
● The packaging is missing or damaged
● You fail to follow return instructions You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. Keep your proof of shipping and tracking number. Incorrect Returns: We are not responsible for items incorrectly returned and cannot send them back. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order. Once your return is received, refunds may take up to 14 days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Confirmation will be sent via email.
Complaints
If your product is defective, you are protected under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. To report an issue, contact Customer Service promptly with details, your order number, and photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you on next steps and provide a prepaid return label if needed. Please use appropriate packaging and keep your proof of return. Note: We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
